This course explores the differences between case management and career coaching and provides an overview of career coaching strategies, best practices for helping customers explore career opportunities, and various approaches and tools that career coaches can leverage to support their customers' career development.
Integrated Education and Training
This course provides an overview of Integrated Education and Training (IET). It describes the varying components of IET programs, career pathway models, and successful strategies to sustain adult education and career development initiatives.
WIOA Indicators and Performance Tools
This module will introduce you to the Department of Labor (DOL)'s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) performance measurement system. This module covers WIOA's target setting process and the Primary Indicators of Performance, which together establish the foundation of WIOA performance management.
