The DC Workforce Investment Council (WIC) serves as the pivotal workforce policy and investment board for the District of Columbia. The WIC collaborates with key partners such as the Office of the Deputy Mayor of Planning and Economic Development, the Office of the Deputy Mayor of Education, Department of Employment Services, The Office of State Superintendent, Department of Human Services, and Department of Disability Services. Working directly with the American Job Centers we are dedicated to fostering connections between businesses, community-based organizations, and a skilled workforce. Through strategic initiatives and targeted training programs, we empower businesses to thrive, succeed, and contribute to the overall growth of the District.
