Bernadette Harvey is the President and owner of the infrastructure construction company, BConstrux. She leads one of the few women-owned infrastructure construction companies in the District. Since 2011, she has been privileged to work with utilities across the region, including Pepco an Exelon company, DC Water, Washington Gas, and Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC). She currently serves on the WIC Board as a representative for the Construction Sector.
