Q: If staff is not listed in the grant, is it necessary to submit their resumes?

No. Only staff charged to the grant must submit resumes.

Applicants may propose other configurations of staffing as long as the proposal leads to the outcomes identified in this solicitation.

Q: Please clarify the submission process.

A: Applications must be submitted via the online application system ZoomGrants.

Q: How will potential applicants stay informed on changes to the RFA?

A: Applicants are encouraged to visit dcworks.dc.gov to stay informed on any changes to the solicitation. Last day to submit questions via email will be on February 11.
