Brittany Silver, Program Analyst

Brittany Silver

BSilver_OrangeHeadshot_cropped2.pngBrittany Silver is a Program Analyst on the Performance & Impact Team at the Workforce Investment Council (WIC). In this role, Brittany has led the WIC’s efforts in collecting and reporting data across the District’s workforce development and adult education programs and reporting labor market information.

Prior to joining the WIC, her career focused on increasing educational equity across the District. At the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), she served on the Enrollment Team, where she collaborated with schools to develop initiatives and strategies to support the District’s enrollment growth goals.

Brittany has also worked as a Senior Trainer at The Posse Foundation,  where she trained students across the DC area who were awarded merit based scholarships to attend prestigious universities across the country. During her tenure, she led workshops and developed interventions to improve the recruitment, retention, and selection process of students from underserved areas.

Brittany graduated with a BA from Grinnell College in Psychology and Political Science and a MA from George Washington University in Rehabilitation Counseling.
