An entity seeking to certify a Comprehensive, Affiliate or Access Point One-Stop Center must submit a One-Stop Center Plan and Application no later than August 19, 2024. Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis. A hard copy of the applications along with a copy on a zip drive, must be submitted to Deborah Russell, Associate Director, Performance and Impact at the DC Workforce Investment Council, 2235 Shannon Place, SE, Suite 3031, Washington, DC 20020.

The DC WIC will host a technical assistance call from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. to provide guidance regarding the Certification application process. Stakeholders may submit a request to be included on the distribution list to receive notifications about this and other workforce system information and updates by emailing [email protected]. Please include the following information:
- Name and phone number of the person making the request
- Full name of the contact to be included on the list
- Email address of the contact to be included on the list
